These terms govern the use of kalpacite.com, enquiries and booking requests for Kalpacite guest houses operated by KALPACITE EOOD.
Users must use the website in good faith, avoid submitting false, misleading or third-party personal data and avoid actions that may affect the website's operation, security or availability.
A booking submitted through the website is a request, not an automatically confirmed accommodation contract. A booking becomes confirmed after the Kalpacite team contacts the guest by phone or email and clarifies availability, deposit terms, dates, guest count and selected rooms.
Standard check-in is after 14:00 and standard check-out is until 12:00 unless otherwise agreed. Early check-in or late check-out depends on availability and prior confirmation.
A deposit may be required to confirm a booking. The amount, method and deadline are clarified individually depending on the period, offer and guest count. Guests receive a 5% discount when the deposit is paid within 2 working days after the booking request, unless different terms are agreed for a specific holiday or package offer. If an agreed deposit is not paid on time, the booking may be released.
Changes to dates, guest count or rooms depend on availability and must be confirmed by the Kalpacite team. Cancellation, deposit retention or refund terms are clarified upon booking confirmation and may differ for holiday, group and seasonal offers.
Published offers are informational and may be seasonal, limited by date or dependent on minimum stay and guest count. Final terms, availability and included services are confirmed during communication with the guest. Where an offer has no public price, pricing is provided after enquiry based on the specific request.
Guests must protect the property, common areas, SPA area, tavern and outdoor spaces. Damage caused by guests may be charged additionally. Conduct disturbing the peace, safety or stay of other guests is not allowed.
Use of the SPA area, tavern, kitchen, breakfasts or other included services depends on the specific offer, working hours, technical condition and internal rules. Some services may require prior arrangement or be limited due to maintenance, seasonality or safety.
